Vincoimpar Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal information collected through vincoimpar.com. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB582914 and are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Information we collect

  • Identity data: first name, last name.
  • Contact data: email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address.
  • Transaction data: details of products you ordered and payments to and from you.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, time-zone setting, operating system.
  • Marketing data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us.

2. How we use your data

We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

  • To process your order, take payment and arrange delivery (contractual necessity).

All processors are bound by written contracts that meet UK GDPR requirements.

4. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure an adequate level of protection by relying on the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Data retention

We retain order data for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for 24 months thereafter.
