Vincoimpar Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal information collected through vincoimpar.com. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB582914 and are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Contact data: email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address.
- Transaction data: details of products you ordered and payments to and from you.

- Marketing data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us.

We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

We retain order data for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for 24 months thereafter.
